Menu Style Options
Meat - n - Three: includes choice of one meat, three sides, desert, bread and beverages.
BBQ Pic-Nic: includes choice of either BBQ Pork or Baby Back Ribs, Brunswick Stew, coleslaw, bread, desert, and beverages.
These menu options are our most common, but can be altered to fit your needs. Please see "Additions and Deductions" list if you wish to customise your event's menu.
At least 24-hours notice is recommended for Carry-Out Orders and at least 9 days is recommended for Delivery and On-Site Services. Cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to pick up and 1 day prior to delivery or on-site. Some charges may occur if these cancelation procedures are not followed.
