Family-Style To Go
Whether you decide to pick up or have it delivered, we want to make your meal the best it can be. There are a few avenues available to take care of your events needs. We ask that you contact us through email or phone for any order that needs to feed 50 or more.
- We offer our standard Mega Family Meal that feeds 20-25. We limit those to 2 per guest if ordered online. If you give us a call we can allow more than 2 per order with an added large order prep charge. Any order needed to be picked up or delivered before 11:00 will also include an early pick up fee.
- All of our menu can be ordered a la carte in Bulk online or by email and phone. Again we just ask that you contact us through email or phone for any order that needs to feed 50 or more.
- We also offer a Standard Meat – n – Three Package. This package includes you choice of 1 meat, 4 sides, bread, and Beverages. This package also includes all serving and table wares as well as cups and napkins. This is a “by the head” charge and is beneficial in certain situations.

Delivery Details & Fees
Delivery will be at least 30 minutes prior to dining time. Food items will be transported hot and delivered in disposable aluminum pans with lids. Menu items will be set up buffet style unless otherwise instructed. Hot holding is the client’s responsibility once delivery is made. All serving utensils, plates, rolled silverware, napkins, and cups will be included. Ice is not included. Adequate table space and storage space is a responsibility of the client and should be planned accordingly prior to delivery. A signed Delivery Agreement and 40% deposit is required to reserve the delivery time and date.
- A minimum of $500 food order for local orders under 15 miles.
- A minimum $1,000 food order for delivery orders over 15 miles.
- 15 miles or less = $50
- 30 miles or less = $250
- 60 miles or less = $400
- 60 miles plus = Starts at $500. Requires further discussion.
- A fuel recovery surcharge may also be added.
The Meeting Place: Buckner’s Event Space
Buckner’s Family Restaurant is proud to host your event and even serve you food if you like. We enjoy seeing people gather, and our space is perfect for it. Our event space, The Meeting Place, is a 1,200 square foot open-concept room with the ability to seat 175 people in a lecture style and 80-ish people positioned around tables for dining. We will set tables and chairs to accommodate any type of event.
The base per guest package is $25.00 plus a $3.00 linen fee and includes the choice of One Meat, Three Sides, Dessert, Bread, and Beverages. The meal is set up as a self serve buffet line. Other service options can be arranged for an added fee. The package include plates, cups, rolled utensils, and serving wears. Additional menu items can be added for an additional fee. *A $3 per guest dry cleaning fee is added for table linens. This fee can be removed if guest supplies table coverings.

- All options include set up and break down of tables and chairs for your guests and use of sound equipment.
- Fees are in addition to room rental rates.
- All dining options are limited to room rentals of 3 hours or more and a 20-guest minimum. No outside food or beverages are allowed apart from cakes. Additional fees may apply depending on special request. A signed rental agreement is required!
- Private Buffet includes set up and break down, server, plates, cups, & wares. Items may be added or deducted as needed.
- A non-refundable 40% deposit is due up front to reserve room. Deposit will go towards total balance. Total balance is due in full on the day of your event.
