In our family, it was always a treat to see cube steak and gravy on the kitchen table, so naturally it became one of our signature meats.
Our infamous cube steak, or country fried steak and gravy as some call it, is served exclusively on Thursday’s and is fan favorite on our menu.
This specialty starts as a whole cut of beef and is hand cubed and made tender. It’s then slowly simmered in homemade gravy until it’s fork tender. To complement our tender cube steak, our signature crispy, juicy chicken is always available as well as a plethora of sides that will bring you straight back to the kitchen you grew up loving. Delicious vegetable dishes, creamy potatoes, and freshly homemade bread will crowd your table for a southern cooking meal you will remember!
Every item on the Thursday menu is available To-Go. Place your To-Go Order and pick it up curbside.
